2 YEAR WARRANTY
All of our items come with 2 year warranty from date of purchase.
(ATTENTION: the warranty and return terms are only applied to the items which are directly purchased from our website. Any problems with the items bought out of our website, please contact the direct seller. )
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or repaired. Customer should be responsible for the returned cost and we will cover the cost of sending the repaired item back to the customer.
All items are new and tested straight from the factory.usually,we don’t refund but we will replace any faulty items which have been reported within 7 days from purchase.
Any products that are found to be defective should be reported to us via email for return instructions otherwise it will not be accepted. Many a time the problems could be solved by our technical assistants which may arise from the lack of know how from our customer ’s side. Installation should be performed by professionals; any damage caused by improper installation will not be covered.
Should any products that were claim to be defective as described and sent back but turned out to be in working normally, we will not be responsible for any cost for sending the item back under these circumstances.
Warranty becomes void when:
Damages were caused by undue wear and tear, misused, improper installation or operations, neglect and accidents.
Warranty seals were removed or damaged, or parts were taken out or replaced by others.
Repairs were attempted by unauthorized persons.
Warranty does not cover accessories.

We will ship to Europe. Australia. USA. Other Countries using DHL or UPS within 2-3 working days after the payment are cleared. We do not send our items to AFPO and Indonesian addresses, Sorry for any inconvenience we caused.
We will ship the items within 2 working days after payment confirmation that funds had been cleared on our side
All orders will be delivered by DHL or UPS.
You will receive a delivery notification via email once your order has been sent out.
Our courier company will take about 3~5 business days for shipment, while Registered Mail will take up to two weeks.
In some rare cases, delivery time might be delayed due to local customs clearance.
We do not send to P.O. Box addresses.
Every transaction will be verified against the banks for address and authentication, items will not be sent to addresses that can not satisfy the requirements.
Combined Shipment
Combined shipping will be available when you purchase more then one item in a single payment. The offer will reduce the overall shipping cost and thus more value for money for the buyer.
The combined shipping cost will be reflected automatically when checking out the shopping cart.
Extended Area Fee
Some postal addresses may be charged an extended area fee or overwater charges, please contact us for more information if your address should fall within such areas
Import Tax
In some countries, customs may charge taxes for importing goods such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
Buyers as importer are responsible for paying any such costs. Buyer can not request to cancel the auction or request for refund under this situation.
From past experience, more then 90% of our buyers do not incur any taxes, even buyers that do will find that it is still better value then high street prices.
Buyers are advised to check with the local tax authorities BEFORE purchasing.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
All items are checked before postage, if you received a broken item, please keep all the packaging materials, take photos and send to us immediately for claims against the courier company. We only accept those cases reported within 7 days. Reimbursement of claims will be the value that the courier compensates towards each individual case. This investigation process usually takes 30 days.
Terms of Acceptance
Xtrons will not be responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages; reimbursement will be the value that the Courier Company compensates. Insurance is required for any claims that may arise.
Xtrons will not be responsible for any import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. Should the buyer refuse to pay the above fees resulting in the parcel being returned, the parcel will not be sent out again until the above fees had been paid up and cost for sending the parcel again be borne by the buyer.
Shipment will be processed within 2 working days after clearance of payment. We use DHL, FedEx & TNT couriers. Parcels will arrive within 3 working days to most international cities. In our past experience, fewer than 10% of items will take longer due to customs clearance.
We reserve the right to cancel the transaction at any time for any reason. |
