2 YEAR WARRANTY
All of our items come with 2 year warranty from date of purchase.
(ATTENTION: the warranty and return terms are only applied to items which are directly purchased from our website. Any problems with the items bought out of our website, please contact the direct seller.  )
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or repaired. Customer should be responsible for the returned cost and we will cover the cost of sending the repaired item back to the customer.
All items are new and tested straight from the factory. Usually, we don't refund but we will replace any faulty items which have been reported within 7 days from purchase.
Any products that are found to be defective should be reported to us via email for return instructions otherwise it will not be accepted. Many a time the problems which may arise from the lack of technical skill could be solved on customer's side by our technical support. Installation should be performed by professionals; any damage caused by improper installation will not be covered.
Should any products that were claimed to be defective as described and sent back but turned out to be in working normally, we will not be responsible for any cost for sending the item back under these circumstances.
